Outcome of Board Meeting held on October 27, 2025

Sanofi India Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Arora as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a term of three years, effective from 27th October 2025, subject to shareholder and government approval. Mr. Rachid Ayari has stepped down as Interim Managing Director but will continue as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Ayari's contributions during his interim tenure.
