Zota Health Care Limited has allotted 3,40,829 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 509 each, following the conversion of fully convertible warrants. This allotment was approved by the Board of Directors on July 02, 2025, and increases the company's paid-up equity capital to Rs. 30,10,74,110. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.

Shares are issued to named investors at a set price, diluting existing holders and changing who sits on the register.
