The Board of Directors of Rushil has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hiren S. Mahadevia as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from August 09, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The decision was made during a meeting held on August 02, 2025. Mr. Mahadevia has confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any authority.
