GST tax demand appeal order

Tirumalai Chemicals Limited has received an order from the Office of the Commissioner of GST & Central Excise regarding a tax demand, with a total of Rs. 747.38 lakhs and Rs. 18.02 lakhs involved. The appeal against the Rs. 18.02 lakhs demand was allowed in favor of the Company, while the appeal against the Rs. 747.38 lakhs demand was deemed not admissible. The Company plans to file a further appeal against the latter order.
