Tech Mahindra liquidates inactive Polish step-down subsidiary

LCC Networks Poland Sp.z.o.o, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, was voluntarily liquidated effective 9 October 2026. Court confirmation approving deletion of its name from the local national register was received the same day at 5.10 p.m. IST.

Once an insolvency process is admitted, control of the company passes from the board to a resolution professional and equity ranks last in any recovery.
