Outcome of the board meeting held on 26th, June 2026

Greenply Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee for credit facilities to be availed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. The Board also reconstituted the Risk Management Committee and updated the list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized for disclosures. The meeting took place on June 26, 2026.
