'Updates of joint venture'

Premier Energies Ltd. has updated that it now holds 80% of the equity share capital in a joint venture with Nuevosol Energy Private Limited, which holds the remaining 20%. The joint venture plans to raise approximately Rs. 60 crores in tranches for project implementation, alongside seeking borrowings from banks and financial institutions.
