Allotment of 352941 Equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrants at on January 23, 2026

Sunteck Realty Ltd. has allotted 3,52,941 Equity Shares to NTAsian Discovery Master Fund following the conversion of warrants at an issue price of ₹425 per warrant. The allotment was made upon receipt of a payment of ₹11,24,99,943.75, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to 14,68,42,025 Equity Shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares.
