FactThemis Medicare has decided to withdraw its proposed preferential issue of 45,95,795 convertible equity warrants to a promoter group entity at Rs. 102.87 per warrant. The company said the working capital requirement that motivated the issue has been arranged through other means and that it will withdraw its in-principle approval applications to BSE and NSE.
