Board meeting held on February 06, 2026

The Board of FUSION approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, and noted the Limited Review Report from M/s. B.K. Khare & Co. Additionally, Mr. Brahmanand Hegde was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
