Ritco Logistics Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ranu Jain as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from 4th August, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting.
