The final dividend, if approved, by the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 30th day from the date of Annual General Meeting. 2. Convening of Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM through Video Conferencing ( VC ) / Other Audio-Visual Means ( OAVM ), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA ) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ).3. Approved the draft Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company.4. The Record date as Monday July 6, 2026, for determining the entitlement of sharehold-ers to receive the dividend for financial year ended March 31, 2026.
