Update on the Acquisition of The Medicity Hospital, Rudrapur

PARKHOSPS has successfully completed the acquisition of 80% shareholding in V3 Healthcare Private Limited, which operates "The Medicity Hospital - Rudrapur," making it a subsidiary of the company. The remaining 20% equity stake is expected to be acquired within the previously communicated timeline. The Medicity Hospital is scheduled to launch on August 2, 2026.

An acquisition spends cash or issues shares today for earnings that arrive later, so the price paid and the funding route decide whether holders gain.
