Over the next 3 years, we expect meaningful contributions from our speciality carbon black expansion, the ramp-up of Birla Tyres, the forward integration into Speciality Chemicals and the commercialization of our lithium-ion battery material business.

In speciality carbon black, the brownfield expansion project is progressing well, set to more than double our capacity to 130,000 MT per annum by the end of Q3 FY26, positioning Himadri as the world's largest single-site producer of speciality carbon black.

We are building capability across the full lab-to-commercial scale-up chain, with our 2,000 MTPA commercial capacity targeted for commissioning in Q3FY27.

Backed by a planned capex of approximately Rs. 70 Crores, our upcoming 200 MTPA CNT manufacturing facility, targeted for commissioning in Q4FY27, is expected to position Himadri among a select group of few global manufacturers serving this high-growth market.
