Outcome of Board Meeting held on January 30, 2026

The Board of Directors of ASTEC approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025, and noted the limited review reports from the statutory auditors, which expressed an unmodified opinion. Additionally, the Board acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Mugdha Amol Khare as Chief Financial Officer, effective from the close of business hours on 6th March, 2026.
