Raising of funds by way of securitisation

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has completed a securitization transaction, raising ₹57,44,05,510 through the assignment of Two Wheeler Loans receivables totaling ₹59,21,70,630 on January 01, 2026. This marks the fourth securitization/direct assignment transaction for the company in the fiscal year 2025-26. The entire pool is from the non-priority sector and complies with Reserve Bank of India guidelines.

Raising capital changes the share count or the debt load, and the stated use of proceeds is a commitment that can later be checked.
