Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 01, 2025

SML Isuzu Limited announced that Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has acquired 85,33,053 equity shares, representing 58.96% of the company's share capital, following the consummation of two share purchase agreements with Sumitomo Corporation and Isuzu Motors Limited on 1st August, 2025. The agreements were previously amended on 29th July, 2025. This transaction reflects the transfer of shares held by both Sumitomo and Isuzu to Mahindra & Mahindra.

Reported results are the point at which prior management commitments become checkable against audited or reviewed numbers.
