Outcome of Board meeting held on August 02, 2025

The company has approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2025, and has enclosed the results along with the Limited Review Report from its statutory auditors. Additionally, Ms. Kalpana Srinivasan has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Reported results are the point at which prior management commitments become checkable against audited or reviewed numbers.
