Board meeting held on August 28, 2025

Ritco Logistics Limited's Board of Directors approved the Draft Directors’ Report for FY 2024-25 and scheduled the 24th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025. The Register of Members will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2025, with a record date of September 22, 2025, for voting eligibility. Additionally, M/s. Mukun Vivek & Company was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
