3IINFOLTD has received an order from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) dated July 30, 2026, which allows the Company's appeal regarding a Transfer Pricing adjustment of ₹34.38 crore for the Assessment Year 2013-14. The entire adjustment has been deleted, granting relief to the Company, and the order has no tax or cash flow impact. The Company's tax position for the relevant assessment year has been restored, preserving its carried forward tax losses.
