Allotment of 6896550 securities pursuant to Preferential Issue at its meeting held on January 23, 2026

INOX Green Energy Services Limited has informed that, following resolutions passed by the Board of Directors and shareholder approvals, equity shares have been allotted upon the conversion of convertible warrants. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares in terms of dividend and voting rights. The company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 381,60,20,450.
