Persistent Systems Limited has established a wholly owned subsidiary, M/s. Galaxy Germany Holding SE, by acquiring a 100% stake through a local consultant in Germany. The acquisition is not classified as a related party transaction, and the entity currently has no operational business, serving instead as a strategic vehicle for potential M&A opportunities in Europe. The Share Purchase Agreement was executed on June 26, 2026.
