Outcome of Board Meeting held on July 06, 2026

Ahlada Engineering has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Akarsh Reddy Chedepudi as a director and the appointment of M/s. M M Reddy & Co. as statutory auditors, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Ms. Ahlada Chedepudi has been recommended for re-appointment as Whole-Time Director for a three-year term starting from November 13, 2026. Disclosures required under Regulation 30 are included as annexures.
