CANDC has approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective June 05, 2026. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 11 years of experience in corporate secretarial affairs and statutory compliance. Mr. Kumar will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
