'Submission of Letter of Offer for Rights Issue '

Ganga Forging Limited has submitted a Letter of Offer for a rights issue of 20,22,03,345 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 1.63 per share. Eligible shareholders will receive 3 rights equity shares for every 2 shares held, with the record date set for July 2, 2026. The total amount to be raised through this rights issue is Rs. 32,95,91,452.

Existing holders can maintain their stake only by putting in more money; those who do not subscribe are diluted.
