Outcome of Board Meeting held on January 23, 2026

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited appointed Dr. Jagadip Narayan Singh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) and Chairman, effective January 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Ramasamy Jeevanandam has resigned as Managing Director but will continue in his role until a new Managing Director is appointed. The effective date of his resignation will be communicated separately.
