Board meeting held on November 27, 2025

The Board of Directors of Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited approved the acquisition of 20% of the equity share capital of Lehren Networks Private Limited and the execution of a Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreement. They also approved the issuance of up to 12,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis, subject to shareholder and stock exchange approval. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled for 30th December 2025 to discuss these matters.

Reported results are the point at which prior management commitments become checkable against audited or reviewed numbers.
