Outcome of Board Meeting held on Jun 06, 2026

The Board of Directors of DIAMOND POWER INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED met on June 6, 2026, and noted the resignation of Mrs. Diksha Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to health issues and maternity leave. Mr. Jayesh Patel has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective June 7, 2026. The meeting commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M.
