Outcome of Board Meeting held on April 27, 2026

The Board of Directors of ASTEC approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, along with the cash flow statement and statement of assets and liabilities. The statutory auditors' reports on these results were noted, with an unmodified opinion. Additionally, the 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 31st July, 2026, at 4.00 p.m.
