DRP largely rejects DIC India’s objections to ₹3.84 crore transfer-pricing adjustment

The Dispute Resolution Panel-2 did not accept most of DIC India’s objections to a draft assessment order involving an upward transfer-pricing adjustment of INR 3,84,17,653 for Assessment Year 2023-24. It directed the Assessing Officer to incorporate its findings in the final order; the company said it will evaluate that order and take appropriate action once received.
