Zota Health Care Limited has allotted 95,921 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon the conversion of fully convertible warrants, following the receipt of warrant exercise money from six warrant holders. The shares were issued at an issue price of Rs. 509 each, and the company's paid-up equity capital has increased to Rs. 30,73,97,340. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.
