Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has completed the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech Limited from Youngshin Components Co. Ltd., South Korea, making YMAT a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. This acquisition was finalized on October 09, 2025, following the completion of conditions precedent. The disclosure is made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.

NIIT Ltd. has approved a scheme of amalgamation involving its wholly-owned subsidiaries, NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance Training Limited and RPS Consulting Private Limited, into itself. The approval was granted by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on October 9, 2025. As the subsidiaries are wholly-owned, the company is not required to obtain a 'No Objection Letter' from the stock exchanges for this merger.
