Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals entered a share purchase agreement to acquire or subscribe for 26% of Clean Max Hachi Private Limited from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions. The company plans to invest up to Rs. 6 Crore in cash in the SPV, which is developing a 5 MW hybrid wind-solar captive power facility in Rajasthan; completion is expected within two months of the agreement.

The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, sanctioned the amalgamation of Piombino Steel Limited with JSW Steel Limited on October 16, 2026. The scheme will become effective after all concerned companies file the certified NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
