Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products held its NCLT-convened meeting of unsecured creditors on September 05, 2026 to consider approval of its proposed demerger with Jubilant Agri Solutions. The meeting had 24 unsecured creditors present in person, through authorised representatives or valid proxies, and voting was provided through a poll at the venue.

Once an insolvency process is admitted, control of the company passes from the board to a resolution professional and equity ranks last in any recovery.
