What happened
FactPOWERGRID said the “Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under phase-III Part-C1” was completely commissioned effective 22 September 2026. The commercial operation notification was received on 11 October 2026, and the project’s original subsidiary had been amalgamated with POWERGRID Vataman Transmission Limited effective 1 March 2026.
