Acquisition of additional stake of 31% in SG Enterprise Solutions Private Limited. Approved the acquisition of an additional 31% equity stake, comprising 15,500 equity shares. of ₹10 each, in SG Enterprise Solutions Private Limited (“SSC”) for an aggregate cash.
